All maintenance services are offered under annual contracts only. We do not provide one-time or short-term maintenance. Our clients receive comprehensive care, including mowing, treatments, and seasonal upkeep, as part of an all-inclusive package.

3. Quality Standards

We are committed to delivering high-value services with integrity and attention to detail. We focus on exceeding client expectations through craftsmanship, reliability, and thoughtful design. Our offerings are based on want-driven value rather than commodity pricing.

4. Estimates & Payments

Initial consultations and estimates are provided upon request. All project estimates are subject to approval and a signed agreement. A deposit may be required prior to the start of work. Payment schedules and methods will be outlined in your individual contract.

5. Changes & Cancellations

Any changes to agreed-upon services must be submitted in writing and may affect pricing or project timelines. Cancellations made after a contract is signed may result in a fee based on time, labor, or materials already allocated.

6. Insurance & Licensing

Heckman Landworks is fully licensed and insured. We also hold certifications from the NCMA and ICPI and are a Virginia Certified Commercial Pesticide Business. Proof of insurance and credentials is available upon request.

7. Liability

We take all necessary precautions to protect your property during service. However, Heckman Landworks is not liable for damage caused by existing site conditions, underground utilities not clearly marked, or natural events beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, photos, and designs, is the property of Heckman Landworks and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any information collected through our website or client interactions is used solely for communication and service delivery. We do not sell or share your personal data.
